NOTE: Dickson will be attending the Annual AABB (American Association of Blood Banks) Meeting and CTTXPO from October 13-15. Stop by Booth 1748 and say hi!
My second day can be summed up in the following list: DicksonOne, DicksonOne, DicksonOne, Waiting in line for food, and DicksonOne.
Why so much DicksonOne? We (and the people we talked with) believe that DicksonOne is the most sophisticated data monitoring system available, and the most revolutionary product Dickson has to offer. Also, the online interface is so aesthetically pleasing and easy to use, that once an attendee saw the screens of our iPads and Laptops, they wanted to know more. Nearly all of the fantastic PACK EXPO attendees were intrigued by multiple location monitoring, and understood immediately the importance of such a system to their application.
We didn't even have to say that much about the user experience; it quickly became apparent to attendees that DicksonOne was designed with the end-user in mind.
The below picture is the long line for food. I wasn't too annoyed. More people in line means that more people were at the show!
If the first day was a blur of knowledge, the second day was a blur of future and current customers. It seemed as if I spent my entire day talking with attendees about their application, the temperature sensitive products or areas within their company, and how Dickson could make life easier on them.
The last day of the show approaches, and although I hear the final days of trade shows are usually slower than the rest, I'm nonetheless intrigued and interested. I hope to be able to walk around and see some of the other vendors at this event. Talk to you all tomorrow!
WHAT TO LOOK FOR: We didn't just travel to Las Vegas, we made it to the Hoover Damn to visit one of our customers! Look for a blog post in the upcoming days!
